Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

I highly doubt that VDV or anyone from the management will check all the tournament save files.

No one is saying that the management should be involved in checking the save files! :smile01:
But they should be informed about:
1) that a tournament is starting
2) who the organizer is
3) the rules of the tournament

Then the management looks at:
1) whether it is worth trusting this person to organize...
2) checks the presence of rules and their fairness...
and decides whether to grant this tournament official status or not!
