Currently, there is only 1 result in the upper bracket - group 2b, as there are no results for the other 3 groups yet, and today (on the last day) I don't think anyone will start or finish a game - let's extend the deadline until Monday, September 30th, inclusive! The mandatory time on weekends is 10:00 PM Moscow time, and the result must be available on Monday! If someone plays faster, immediately submit the results and you can arrange for the next game (look, Dark is already ready to meet someone head-on)).
I want to thank my group for waiting for me; I am ready to adjust to any time that suits you, so if we play faster, that's great. I suggest playing on Saturday morning; I think that will be comfortable for everyone!?

In the lower bracket, the deadline for the round was yesterday. Then, the winners of the lower bracket play one more round among themselves, and only after that do they face the pairs that came from the top (the losers in the current games). Thus, only half of the round has passed in the upper bracket, and there is no need to extend anything; there are still 2 weeks left to play.
But in the lower bracket, half of the games have not been played on time, and something needs to be done about it.
