Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

If a Warlock organizes a tournament and enough final saves are gathered to meet the quorum, then for goodness sake, why bother the portal administration and create bureaucracy?

It's very simple...
Firstly, I didn't mean specifically a Warlock, but rather someone *like* a Warlock, i.e., I meant not him, but a hypothetical person who organizes a tournament, but the rules and organization of this tournament are not up to par in terms of fair conduct and competent control of the tournament rules!
