Clan wars and rewards...

Clan wars is not a good term. For now (and thankfully), the clans are at peace. It's better to just leave it as it is – clan tournaments. That's one thing.
As for rewards, giving out medals is a good idea. But why give it to everyone? Wouldn't it be better to just create a hall of fame where there are lists of all the clans and all their achievements? If you want, you can go in and take a look. IMO, there's no need to overload profiles with images. Why waste extra traffic?
