I hope this topic isn't completely dead yet, but maybe someone will take it on, as I doubt I can handle it myself. Could someone create a new faction? There's a game called The Battle For Middle-Earth, which has a lot of different creature models, as well as animations, which would also work well for Heroes. There's no need to come up with names and properties. There are plenty of orc creatures for all levels, and heroes too. Maybe there will be people willing to take on all this?
