Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

Let's remember why Grails were initially given – not only for participation in official tournaments, but also for contributions to the portal, such as mapmaking for mapmakers, writing for content creators, and so on. Or am I wrong? If so, then participation in fan tournaments and their organizers should also be rewarded with Grails.

If Grails will be awarded ONLY for participation in official tournaments and for writing walkthroughs, and nothing else, then I FULLY agree with Kyle.
Otherwise, the suppression of fan tournaments is unfair.
