Confirmed.
The layout is extremely unfavorable for anarchy. Level 7 monsters were nowhere to be found. Neither were Dragon Utopias. To find someone to join, you had to run around half the map, so I had to build angels in my home castle on the first week, even though in anarchy even level 4-5 is rarely built.

Both of us used all the restarts. Twice it generated a great layout, with a lot of gold scattered around, and there were dragons and other fellows you could negotiate with and replenish your ranks with level 7 creatures of all kinds. And it was on these layouts that the opponent took restarts :( Once losing to mummies, though he himself was happy with the layout.

P.S. Ryland arrived just in time, because Adele was heading to 2 Griffin Conservatories (4+3) and who knows how it would have turned out if he had been late!

The valiant scouts scouted 2 sweet Griffin Conservatories and Adele rushed to them. One more day and the outcome of the battle would have been different. Because having 17 angels in her ranks, Adele would have gone on the attack herself. And add one more day and those 17 angels would have become archangels.
