Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

There were not only private conversations with coordinators and moderators. Back in January 2010, I wrote about this problem in a PM. 4 years have passed, and it’s still stuck in the same place. I understand that hiring someone to handle this won't be free. But I do not understand why other Heroes resources have it: HeroesPortal, WCL, even the shabby and dead DreamCatcher site. And we still don't! And here's the paradox: those sites have fewer players, while people actually play here. Some of them have even folded entirely. After all, Heroes3 doesn't get any newer year after year. And it's worth noting that the main users of the HeroesWorld forum are not players of Heroes 1, 2, 4, or even 5, but specifically Heroes 3.
That's the mystery. How were they able to do it, and we weren't?

Manually counting a thousand reports is hardly a joy, and moreover, the result of the count is just a formality. There's no sporting intrigue. There's no motivation to play more in order to overtake players A, B, C.
It turns out — whatever happens, happens.

About the money: if my financial situation were better, I would donate myself. But unfortunately, I can't afford it.
By the way, the suggestion of donations isn't that farcical — we could place an announcement somewhere at the top of the entire Heroes 3 section, with wallet numbers for donations. Who knows, maybe someone will chip in, a little from everyone. It would make things easier.
