The Creator doesn't care about the website at all, and he doesn't care about any new features.
He promised to create an automatic rating system back in February 2012. And it's still "in development." He said it would be ready in the summer, but he didn't specify which year :D :D :D
And the players really need it...
If the Creator treated the website the way you described, dear Lider1, then we probably wouldn't be here talking, and HeroesWorld would have been shut down about 5 years ago.
The Creator has never made any public statements promising new features by a specific date. There were private discussions about new features with moderators and coordinators, with specific plans.
New features were planned, there were specific deadlines, but the plans failed for a number of reasons. Development was started on a new plan on a new platform, and this plan is currently being implemented, not as quickly as we would like, but the work is continuing.
The development is being done by one person on a non-commercial basis, in his free time, and the amount of work is very large, which is why the whole process is taking so long.
We could hire a team of programmers (average salary in Moscow), I'm sure new features would appear much faster, but considering that HeroesWorld is a non-commercial project, it probably won't be able to afford to pay for such a team.
If you want to invest a few thousand USD in the development of HeroesWorld as a charitable contribution, please contact me in a private message.
