lived on Spartak Street, building 14 (I think), near school number 12.

Apparently, it's Spartak Street, building 16, since there's no building 14 there. And school number 12 is across the street. This is the very center of Novosibirsk :)
And in general, you're welcome. We'll meet you, show you around, and tell you everything. I can't promise a hotel, but I can definitely find a short-term apartment :)

The venue for the event is still undecided, as it depends on the number of people. I think we'll decide this week (at the latest, next week).
