HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

The question is, does anyone know how to make the AI play at 200% difficulty from the start, regardless of the chosen difficulty level, without affecting the player's resources? Is there a mod or something else that can be used? Please advise.
It's really important, I'm not doing it for myself, but for my beloved mother-in-law!

Today, I was experimenting a bit. And I noticed that the quick battle function, activated by the Q key, doesn't quite complete its task. It seems to have a limited number of rounds.
There doesn't seem to be the same limitation with autobattle. But it's harder to verify.
