Secondly, regarding the matter at hand:
In my opinion, it's very simple... the rating is calculated based on tournaments, so let's say: player X was in clan A and played n tournaments, therefore the rating for these n tournaments is attributed to clan A. Then, the player moved to clan B, so this clan will only be credited with the rating for new tournaments. That is, the old rating will remain with clan A. I think this is the fairest system. Or
