Heroes 6 - Discussion

Good evening, I played a bit of the pirated version of Heroes 6: Shades of Darkness, and I liked it, so I ordered the licensed version of this game. Please don't be offended; I only acquire pirated versions for ознакомительных purposes, as there are very few games that I can actually play. Out of more than 50 disks, I only managed to find 3 decent games. And paying for a "pig in a poke" and for the garbage that these developers produce, which discourages me from playing games, seems unfair. I have already purchased two licensed games, but after removing the pirated versions through the "Programs and Features" menu and installing the licensed versions of these games, the saved games for the campaign and maps remained.
I would like to know how to completely remove the pirated version, so that nothing remains after it. I have heard that even bugs can transfer from pirated versions to licensed versions. Although I haven't encountered them in Heroes 6, it would still be good to be on the safe side.
