Here's a cheaty Necropolis with a Conflux, which didn't even make it into the top three :D

Necropolis is holding on high thanks to 1 tournament where it had almost no restrictions. I think if Dungeon had Shakt removed, it would end up in roughly the same place as Necropolis :)
