voted for karate! because I've been practicing it for 2 years. Kyokushin style (Kyokushinkai, Kio-kushinkai... there are many variations in spelling).

I don't quite agree with you. It all depends on the karate style. I can say that since Kyokushin is a contact style, all contact styles are also not very receptive to blows. For example, in our training, we have sparring sessions where we only hit each other (within reasonable limits, of course). And then there are sparring matches... so we are generally crazy :smile04: :smile10:
