So, Gomunguls moved himself to the lower bracket, right?

I've left him in the upper bracket for now, and I really ask you to wait for Vitaly to return from his honeymoon. This should happen on September 23rd or 24th.
The thing is, the time limit for a turn in the upper bracket is twice as long, until October 10th. The lower bracket plays twice as many games. Vitaly had a lot to do before leaving, he probably didn't think about it, and I didn't realize it at the time.
