"HW rulez" mod (add-on) for HoMM3.

I've looked at the rest:

1) Sea Temple is an insane imba. Same as Dragon Utopia, but dragons are slow and oil works on them. Taking it for 121 max temple - easy. Therefore, we need to cut the loot - only 1 relic and only in the max level, others get majors at most. And cut the gold by half.

2) Ivory Tower - dispel acceleration, especially in finals. Both players will have Wizards, and who knows what they'll cast. Thanks, but no thanks.

Otherwise it seems okay at first glance, needs testing.
