Another very fun and useful activity is jiu-jitsu (there might be spelling errors). I didn't really learn jiu-jitsu properly, but the coach showed some very good grappling techniques. It seems to consist of strikes and grappling, and there's also a very sadistic stance called kibodachi. The legs are bent at a 90-degree angle and spread apart. People with average fitness can stand like that for 2-3 minutes :smile25:
