Tactics for Dungeon.

In other words, building a Mage Tower is not an easy task, but it is achievable even with a poor resource spawn... but for the Dungeon, to build the Eyes, you need ALL the resources, even though they are few.

1) Building a Mage Tower also requires ALL the resources!
2) On expert difficulty, it takes about two weeks to build a Capitol (during which time you are unlikely to be building military structures), so I think it won't be difficult to find at least one unit of each resource in that time. So I don'
