In the Beginner mode, where two games are also played, the color of the cell determines the first game between participants. But here, it's completely unclear why these colors were even drawn.

In this table, the color does not determine the color in the game. Here, a red cell means you choose 3 templates, no more than that; a blue cell means your opponent chooses 3 templates. In our chess club, girls drew such tables when they were 8-9 years old after their coach explained it to them. No joke, although they were smaller (for 4-6 people like ours), but the essence remains the same. There were only black and white cells there as well. I highlighted 2 different games for two teams with two cells. The only thing I missed, and perhaps the most important reason why one might make a mistake, is that I didn't write which player corresponds to the color of the cell. The player who is higher in the table corresponds to the color of the cell in the first game. It's true that one could get confused here, but now I think it should be clear.
