I spent a lot of time adjusting the colors of the second tier, and I've made all the corrections. Also, considering that each group results in an undefined number of teams, I've adjusted the priorities of the additional criteria used when teams have the same number of points. I swapped points g and d, and I also expanded on point d.

So, that means 9 teams.
How will the two teams be selected from those who finish in third place?

We have 3 groups. The top 2 teams from each group advance directly = 6 teams. Another 2 teams will advance from the three teams that finished in third place in their respective groups. They will advance based on additional criteria (points, total number of wins, Berger).
