LIVE HOMM3: game streams - games broadcasting

Question for those in the know: what bandwidth does an average stream require (let's say, 80% of them)? Which websites work in which browsers (besides Chrome)? Where and how can I get recordings of streams (since the real-time speed is likely not sufficient)?
