Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything from you guys. I remind you that if you don't send the lists of captains, you will not confirm your participation in the tournament and will not participate in the draw.

when will the captains be announced?

Tomorrow afternoon.

Those who haven't read the draw rules, please read them on the 1st page under "Team Formation". It will take place in text mode on Skype. Tomorrow I will create tables with the brackets, the order of selection by the captains in each round, and write down the remaining details.

I'll correct myself. I will wait for the lists until 21:00 Moscow time, as I promised before. If there are a couple of people left who haven't voted, I will publish the lists in advance during the day (again, provided that their votes theoretically cannot even affect the voting). If the captain competition remains exciting, the lists will be published at 21:00 sharp :)
