"Necropolis" - changes to creatures of levels 6-7.

I'm talking about all of this in theory. I'm not planning to rework anything.
If you don't see the point, that's fine. But there is a point. I'm just writing about the fact that Necromancers can create dragons that are much more powerful than all the other existing creatures. For now, only Arantir has been concerned with this problem – our opinions are practically the same – the Avatar is an example of this.
