"Necropolis" - changes to creatures of levels 6-7.

Apparently, such "logic" is a subjective concept. Necrodrakes have always been traditionally weaker than living dragons in the HoMM series, by a factor of 1.5-2. This is not explicitly stated in the description.

Even though I don't support this "cause-and-effect relationship," I believe that undead dragons should be significantly weaker than living ones. If dragons were to remain at level 7, I would make them even weaker and give them +2 dragons for an additional building. Moreover, the uniqueness of this level for Necropolis would add some variety to the game. As for neutral creatures, the dragon still seems to be the weakest creature at its level.
