All other participants will not be included in the draw and will, at best, be placed on the reserve list.

The tournament draw will be held on 07.09.13 at 22:00 Moscow time.
I will be accepting lists until 21:00.

All registered participants must send me a private message (via ICQ, PM, Skype, or by uploading the list to a file-sharing service) with a list of 18 captains (each participant determines this list at their own discretion from all 59 participants). Those who do not send a list will be disqualified and will not participate in the draw.

The list is confirmation of participation in the tournament. After sending the list, I will definitely send a reply confirming receipt to each sender. If I don't send a reply, it means that the message somehow didn't reach me. This is especially true for messages sent via ICQ.

Posting the list on the forum is prohibited to avoid influencing the votes of other players.

Moderators, please immediately and mercilessly delete messages from particularly clueless individuals.

After the voting is completed, all results will be posted on the first page, and everyone will be able to see how each person voted.
