Actually, a difficulty of 200% primarily implies a complete lack of resources for the player, while the computer's strength is the same as at a difficulty of 130%, and no more. What's the point of taking away resources with one hand and giving them back with the other (using a cheat code)? And you'll never learn to play properly with cheats. If you just want to wander around the map, choose a lower difficulty (you can still lose valiantly to the computer on that setting :D).
