Important announcement.
According to the rules of our tournament:

2. The tournament is played according to the seasonal rules.

Since the seasonal rules for Autumn include one difference, namely a change to the rule regarding scrolls, all subsequent matches that have not yet begun will be played according to the following rule:

2.11. Magic Scrolls of level 4 and 5 can only be used after a player has built a Guild of Mages of the corresponding level in any of their Castles, or after the player has gained control of a Castle with an already built Guild of Mages of the corresponding level.
In other words, the player can either build a Guild of Mages of the required level themselves or capture an opponent's or computer's Castle with an already built Guild of Mages. Until that moment, the scrolls cannot be used against the opponent, against neutrals, or against the computer.
It is not necessary for the hero to visit the Castle with the Guild of Mages. It does not matter whether the Castle with the built Guild of Mages will subsequently be controlled.

Therefore: if you want to use a level 4 or 5 scroll, build a Guild of Mages 4 (5) or take an opponent's Castle with an already built Guild of Mages. And that's it.

We will, of course, finish the postponed matches according to the old rules.

Since the rules state that we have 1 week for each game, I have extended the round until September 9.
Slayzer vs glhf, glhf has problems, but since an opponent from the upper bracket has not yet arrived for this pair, at the request of glhf, I have also extended their time, and they promised to play by Sunday.

As for those who already have a determined opponent, they can arrange and continue playing, and they are already doing so.
