One question: a player participated in the first tournament, took a certain place in a certain group, and then skipped the next two-stage tournament. How will this affect his "seeding" in the third tournament?

Of course, I would like the tournament to be held regularly, and it is quite possible that a situation will arise where a player participates in 1-2 stages, then skips a tournament, and wants to return again. And for this situation, I have an objective criterion for evaluation. In addition, I am always ready to discuss the rules with more experienced players.
But I ask: let's not get ahead of ourselves, but play the group stage well. After all, just a month ago, I didn't believe that even one group would be formed. :)
