[2x2 Tournament] Double Up [SoD]

a replacement has been made in the phoenixes team, with the organizers' permission (due to Gunnar's ban from all official tournaments by HW).

I don't understand how the organizers can even make such a decision, replacing players with those who are not equivalent, and moreover, in the losers' bracket, and moreover, while participating themselves, and moreover, while being in a different bracket.
This raises the question: PEKA: ?????

P.S.
I have nothing against Vitl or Ze.
