Do you mean the skill tree? It's the same as in 7-9, certain skills are available to certain classes. And certain classes can level them up to a specific tier.

Well, I don't know who misunderstood whom, but I was interested in which class can reach which tier in which skill, that's all. So that you can clearly know when creating a team who you are taking for which skills. Is there anywhere I can find this information? Without guessing like "a Barbarian won't become a master in Spirit Magic," what a revelation, haha.
