Sometimes he goes to the toilet and constantly plays games and watches movies. His very existence means far more than this cheap world outside. He is the King! But in the mornings, his self-awareness awakens and realizes that life has not only not passed, but hasn't even begun. Born dead without a soul, he doesn't realize that there is a world around him. The world exists only within him.
He still considers himself the lord of all the world, having nothing but a rotting couch. The couch is all his lands! Praise the Couch from the ignorant, praise!
