We started without restarts, roads were average. Ivor with 9 elves, lots of Centaurs, some fairies, but on the morale of the serpents, 8 Centaurs immediately died. Took an external dwelling of Dendroid Soldiers on turn 111, visited a lookout tower. Only 2 roads — one to the adjacent zone and the secondary hero, the adjacent zones were off-road. On the first turn, I took the adjacent Stronghold zone, where Gretchin got defeated and ran to the second one, through the orcs, who cut down 4 Grand Elves. Arrived at the lava zone with a conservative village.
On the lava zone, a Griffin Conservatory and several treasure chests were found. Gretchin with Earth Magic and Log.
On turn 121, 2 native heroes arrived. Built 4 marketplaces.
On turn 123, entered the Conservatory, tier 3, captured it with the loss of Dwarves, 10 Centaurs, and 4 Dendroid Soldiers. Then bought a spell book (has Slow and Bless, Air Magic advanced) and went to the center through a horde of Griffins.
On turn 127, already having Mass Haste and having upgraded the Pegasi, reached the central connecting zone off-road, chased away the opponent's Kyrre there, captured the town.
