The perfect state!

Anarchy is, of course, a place where the strong can do anything. But I tend to believe that strength in any state ultimately does not lead to power. People also started with anarchy, but those who ruled were the strongest only for the first few times; then they were replaced by the more cunning, wiser, bolder, and so on. Even in conditions of anarchy, a different kind of strength is needed.
Equality will still not exist. First, the strong will climb to power, and then they will be replaced by the cunning, wise, and bold, and so on. And then everything will return to our time. Anarchy is the lowest step, which leads to the step of a state with rulers. But we haven't reached the third step yet, since we can't even come up with it.
