NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Why is it unattractive? Can't it be done through scripts? Like, "while the hero has the artifact" - give a standard/copy of the Astral Gate spell. Oh, right, you can't forget a spell. Then, okay. A scroll just feels… standard and unattractive, IMHO. I just thought, when I read "suggest your ideas for artifacts," I immediately remembered a funny bug from when I started playing Heroes 5 back in 2006. There was an AI hero who, wearing some artifact, jumped over the mountains. And I thought for a long time that he had put on a Ring of Teleportation, probably until Hammers of Fate.
