NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

The idea of a resource depot (a new building that stores the player's resources) – it could be built in other towns as well, allowing players to move or distribute resources. It would have a limit, or not, etc. When a town is captured, the resources go to the capturing player. If there is a limit, it would be reset at the beginning of the day.
