111 - Decent start - wolves not built, but with an external dwelling near the castle, there's a Griffin Conservatory 2 and 2 external dwellings of behemoths (though artifacts are nearby, so guards are a horde of pegasi and up to 9 lvl Naga).
112 - I capture boots, pass them to Crag, but can't get a speed boost. Shield +3 captured, external dwelling of efreets and goblins found.
113 - I capture the external dwelling of efreets with the loss of 2 wolves and a few goblins, then a prison with Jeditte and sacrifice a lot of meat on a stack of vampires with a lvl stack for a grave (not enough gold for monsters, had to recruit orcs). Total: Crag 5-4 (expert Offense, Air from hut, 2 orcs, 3 efreets, 15 wolves, 37 goblins). The grave gave another pair of boots :). A Griffin Conservatory 3-4 found not far from the first.
114 - I see a 3rd external dwelling of behemoths behind thieves(!), but it's far over rough terrain. I decide to check the refuge and decide based on the results which dwelling to start with. GO - titans. Another external dwelling of goblins.
115 - The refuge gives a red's date, so I can go for the pegasi immediately. A block on the secondary hero, Crag without spell book :(.
116 - I finish building ogres for the Ogre Mage, capture 2 external dwellings of behemoths. Saira is preparing to take the 3rd.
117 - Nagas got morale + I failed in battle - - a monster, - a dwelling :(, a helmet +5 Knowledge is weak consolation (counting on Magic Spring, since Crag has 10 mana). Another secondary is heavily guarded, but there's an external Marketplace nearby.

121 - Crag buys a spell book at home (has Haste! + Speed Ring from a cart), takes 2 Griffin Conservatories (2+3), passes the army to Yog for the Dwarf Cottage (max).
122 - I double mana, split armies, upgrade efreets, and Crag with speed boost ends the turn at a near-max Dragon Utopia. Meanwhile the 3rd dwelling is finally taken, artifacts are combined (lots of duplicates, and indeed even numbers kept haunting me - artifacts, 2 behemoth dwellings at first, and the number of behemoths themselves tended to be even :)).
123 - I defeat Rosic from the external Marketplace for the Chain Mail +4, capture Shield +5, bring the Ogre Mage and forward, into the Dragon Utopia. Got a Gladius, Red Orb, Fire Book, and gold for upgrading bears (-monster and Ogre Mage). Crag on angels before GO with Earth and Logistics (pity I forgot to learn Shield), Shiva nearby also with speed boost and a Trumpet. Air scouting shows the opponent is about 2 days away, I see Wings behind basilisks(!).
124 - GO falls with the loss of one goblin. Then Shiva captures the Wings, Dragon Fly Hive for 8, Titan's Cuirass, and levels up on a Pandora's Box for 20k experience. Crag runs forward, takes Sphere of Fire (Armageddon already over 1k), snatch the opponent's Pandora's Box for all Earth spells and another Dragon Fly Hive for 8. I attack - Shakti has 0 mana, and the army is weaker - GG.
