You have a hidden stash of Pegasi and Elves under your castle, and two unvisited, unexplored locations right next to your castle! There was a Nagabanka... Both seemed to be level 3. I took one on the first map - that's where my money comes from, plus I fought with all 8 heroes, defending resources.
