NTBF – New buildings for the towns in Tribes of the East 3.1.

There was no intention to conceal anything; the idea was to introduce something new, perhaps something a bit unconventional. As for the treasure vaults, it could be possible to offer artifacts as collateral in exchange for additional resources each day. It's still a bit rough around the edges.
