"Necropolis" - changes to creatures of levels 6-7.

RedHeavenHero, no, I didn't really want to move them to the second tier. Rather, I wanted to push ghosts, vampires, and liches a bit lower. Well, it's not an option, just a small whim ;)
But, to give someone (liches, for example) an ability to summon them using summonCreature() – I've been seriously considering that ;)
