"Necropolis" - changes to creatures of levels 6-7.

There are already too many boring dragons; it would be better if they were all exclusively neutral.

I don't know about the other factions, but for Necropolis, you could sacrifice the dragons and make a change: knights on level 6, and banshees on level 7!
