But the enchanted arrow (ballista), Sign of the Cursed, and Overseer/Reinforcement are a bit overpowered and will need to be toned down.

P.S. What about the implementation? Is it just on paper, or are there any developments? And I'd like to sign up as a tester!

Regarding the implementation, download NHF 61. I forgot to remove that feature from it :o
Then I'll remove it from NHF and make it just an add-on.
Everything is ready there, except for the campaign knights (experience gained after battle is increased by 6 times!). Although, I'm lying - I haven't enhanced the perks yet))

The perk system 2 - 2(2) - 1(4) allowed me to get exactly what I wanted in 100% of cases!
