HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

One has 4 Dragon Utopias in a 3-player game, the other has 2. Isn't that imbalanced? Besides, I personally find Dragon Utopias annoying in random templates, where on the same Jebus Cross several alliances of angels gather. Dragon Utopia already gives a large sum of gold, which fully justifies taking it. Artifacts are just a nice bonus. And you want this bonus to be mandatory. Shame on you!
