There are too many people for a round-robin tournament, and discipline will suffer.

It's better to use a Swiss system.

There will definitely not be a Swiss system.
There will be groups with a round-robin system + playoffs. The format of the playoffs will depend on the number of participants. This will become clear at the beginning of the tournament.
