If you don't want a restart, just sit at home and win on turn 117. At least the other guild will have time to set up a counter-strategy if they gave one player an advantage from the start, while others get nothing and are essentially deprived of a chance to compete in the match due to the lack of a restart.
With a restart per match on turn 116, everyone will be struggling to complete this restart if they don't like the initial setup. And the matches will last a very, very long time.
Breaking through the "Go" defense with combined forces is quite simple.
