I can't say anything about the timer yet... the overall picture is interesting, and we'll draw conclusions based on that. We'll remove those who just like to click buttons and don't participate from the voting.

If you've decided to adopt a regulation through voting, then everyone who wants to participate should be able to vote, and after the voting, the time limit will be determined, and then further participation will be decided.

1. Only consider the votes of those who are playing.
2. Calculate the averageweighted value.
3. The answer should not be rounded; let every voter feel their influence on each second of the timer. :D

And this is a very good idea. Precisely, the weighted average. And without any rounding, accurate to the second. And for the future, it could even be that everyone registers with their own time limit.
