There's nothing to say about the timer yet... the overall picture is interesting, and we'll draw conclusions based on that. We'll remove those who just like to click buttons and don't participate from the voting.

1. Only consider votes from players who are actually playing.
2. Calculate the average using a weighted method.
3. The answer should not be rounded; let every voter feel their influence on each second of the timer. :D
