Holding such a tournament was an experiment.
Therefore, I would like to hear the opinions of the participants.
Does it make sense to make these kinds of mini-tournaments within the Novice Tournament a tradition?
Maybe there are some interesting ideas and suggestions regarding the format?

The idea is excellent, the tournament was very interesting, and it should definitely become a tradition; it adds variety and attracts more attention.

Regarding the format, I believe that points should be awarded precisely, either one way or the other. That is, for winning against a Low Master player, a novice receives 1 point within the Novice Tournament, but within the Novice vs. Low Master Tournament, they receive 1.5 or even 2 points.
This would be much fairer to the tournament participants and would serve as a good bonus/motivator for novices, rather than the main match in the tournament, for which you can get 1-1.5 points, which almost 100% guarantee advancement from the group (considering that the novice already has two points and has been allowed to play in the Novice vs. Low Master match).
Overall, the tournament was a solid five out of five. Thank you to Pitu, all the organizers, and the Low Master players for the game and for creating this mini-tournament.
P.S. It's a pity that the interesting game against Tvarina didn't happen due to a stupid loss or even a series of losses =(.
