Well, Sesam suggested that Cassi is James Blood, although on the first day, she said it was Charles who killed. I'm not nitpicking, but it caught my eye.

I can explain. I read the mafia setup carelessly and missed the cursed saber. Charles has a regular saber, so I immediately assumed he was the killer.
Then I saw the cursed saber, which can be taken by _any_ mafia member, and I assumed that it would be most advantageous to kill those who go first in the order (Shark with a block was there, and James was next). Although, of course, it could be that Amaya, ignoring natural protection, or unblockable Thomas killed. As I understand it, passing artifacts to the team during the night doesn't count, and James could have given the saber to anyone on the first night.
