The perfect state!

I'll write about the topic, how I envision the ideal state of the future. A powerful electronic lich sits in the Kremlin-Necropolis. Poor people are afraid to even think anything against the existing system because nanobots connected to a satellite monitor everything. They have nothing left but work. They can't even die properly because after death, they are resurrected as cyborg slaves and continue to work. Russia has long since conquered the entire world and turned into a megastate. Only small groups of rebels remain, but they have poor weapons and little food. Nuclear war has turned into a war of nanotechnology and hackers. The rebels seek salvation on other planets, trying to build some kind of colonies there and find a way to rid the earth of the merciless electronic lich. Perhaps, someday they will succeed.
